Returns & Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel (Readymade & Everyday Items) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at crystalrainbowgifts@gmail.com.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Handmade & Custom Orders Please note that handmade-to-order and bespoke items — including custom wire-wrapped jewellery made to your specification — are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as they are made specifically for you.

However, if your handmade item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will do our utmost to resolve this for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items If any item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Return To start a return, please contact us at crystalrainbowgifts@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please log in to your customer account and request a return or cancellation directly from your order. You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
